I finally finished driving school today. I still don't want to drive any more than I did before.

Aside from that, nothing really happened today. It's disgusting how much homework I don't have (especailly since I did my homework with my tutor).

Stephen Colbert was a $2000 answer on JEOPARDY! last night. It was funny because all Trebek had a chance to say was "On his 'report'" before I yelled "STEPHEN COLBERT!" (you have to understand that I shout out the answers even if I'm watching it by myself)(however, I usually only shout out the answers when I know it before he finishes reading the question; otherwise I just say it).

Speaking of stuff I saw on TV last night, Amy Sedaris is gonna be on this week's My Name is Earl. She basically looks just like Jerri Blank in it only with longer hair. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone when they said "On the next My Name is Earl..." and then I saw Jerri.

I think Syler, Hiro, Ando, Wyse, and that chick from The Faculty/i> are my favorite characters on Heroes. You know who I really don't like on that show? Pretty much everyone else.

Feeling a bit better today. Last night, whenever I woke up from a dream to blow my nose, I'd go back to sleep and the same dream would continue exactly where it left off. It was really weird. After that I had a dream about Nazis blitzkrieg-ing (it didn't look right without the dash) Granada and then Katie and Greed almost died because they decided not to run for their lives. Actually, Katie might have been in the bathroom and Greed was one the who was just standing around... eh, it doesn't matter.

I'm trying to think of stuff I can do today aside from homework and watching the rest of Indecision '04 that doesn't require leaving the house (still sick, ya know). Any suggestions?

I spent the entire time I was at home today watching Indecision '04. It was then when it occured to me that I'll be able to vote in the 2008 election. Yeah, I'm a little slow.

YOU GUYS HAVE TO CALL 1-888-OOPS-JEW BECAUSE IT IS SERIOUSLY THE BEST THING EVER. However, the disclaimer voice really takes you out of it.

Since I get to sleep in until 7am tomorrow, I'm going to stay up and watch Jon, Stephen, and possibly even Conan. I've almost forgotten the agonizing two hour window of nothing to do until TDS is on.

I'm downloading iTunes numero seven so I can download Conan in Finland on my ipod. I <3 that man.

This'll probably be my last entry with wisdon teeth. Since I said that, I know it's more than likely not going to be. Toodles!

Katie, I was with you with the whole idea of Stephen Colbert pulling a Conan O'Brien. However, I was on Yahoo! and they're saying that Hungary is trying to pull a Thailand! Geez Louise, people! Your prime ministers can't be that bad!

Okay, so I'm watching this and I'm like "Hey, I found my Halloween costume!" and then after a while the video started to get all werid. It wasn't long till I realized that it deserved its own post.

By the way, make sure you watch it to the end because the last few seconds is the creepiest part.

I also found a place that is nothing but pictures of girls cosplaying fairies. You can laugh all you want, but I think the majority of them are pretty nifty. Here's the link (just go to the gallery).

I got the Strangers With Candy box set (or shall I say 'folder set'?) yesterday. My brothers seem to really like that show. However, they laughed more at stuff like people getting hit in the head with bowling balls and Shelly the turtle getting thrown out the window than they did at any of the verbal humor.

I was reading through the newspaper this morning and saw an ad for Pirates: Dinner Experience. I started giggling like whoa. I think only Katie knows what I mean.

So this lonelygirl15 character is getting all this publicity for starring in these fake podcasts on YouTube. I was reading about it in the Calendar Section this morning and was curious to see if they seemed real or if the people who watched them were just stupid.

Oh. Emm. Gee.

How did anyone for a second think that those were unscripted? Anyone who seriously watches/watched those weekly podcasts should be slapped. It kinda reminds me of that Go Ask Alice book.

One thing I forgot to mention earlier is that my dad pulled out the Soviet uniform that he got from th USSR back in the seventies. It has gold buttons with the hammar and sicle on them. I just thought everyone should know.

So I finally got a chance to watch the trailer for Eragon. Good lord. As if the book wasn't bad enough.

I like the way they only showed urgals for about two seconds because they were ashamed of their uncanny resemblance to orcs. They also only show Saphira for about ten seconds total in the two and a half minute trailer. I guess they figured that their CGI was bad.

And they were right.

... and to make matters ten times worse all the people pronouce 'Eragon' like 'Aragorn'. Either that or my mind is still stuck in the LotR gutter, which is more than likely the case.

I just finished signing up for the teen championship of JEOPARDY!. The test is on September 26th at 6pm. I know I'm probably not going to get very far (after all, it says that even if you do very well on the qualifying round there's a chance you still won't be able to go in for an actual audition/test thing), but it I'm bored and there's no harm in trying.

Thinking about it, I'm not sure if I even want to go on the show because sometimes there are episodes where I know all the answers and other times when I'm like wha? However, I've always pwned the teen edition so we'll see how things go. Another thing is that I'd be too nervous to think of any of the answers and/or not answer in the form of a question.

Hey Kaitlin, the online college test is on the 27th. You should sign up; you'd totally rock it. As would you, Jennifer. You guys are like two of the smartest people I know.

You were the very first person I met at Nobel. However, we didn't really become a part of each other's little group until 8th grade. As you said before, we really didn't start talking about life issues (aka anything not LotR) and such until after we graduated. I do, however, recall a heated debate about gay marriage we had once via AIM.

The rest would best be put into a nice list about why you are awesome. I think I shall call it:
THE LIST O ANGELA'S AWESOMENESS

- I am number one (not including you) on the list of top commenters on your LJ. I'm not really sure what that says about you, but I'm mentioning it anyway.

- You got me into Firefly and therefore indirectly got Katie and Emily interested too.

- You are always a fun person to talk LotR to because you're familiar with all those really obscure characters.

- I do miss that squeaky noise you always made back in 8th grade.

- You've always been so nice and forgiving back when I had yet to really open my mind to new people and ideas.

- I didn't really realize how much I missed your presence until Katie's party and now I kinda wish you went to Granada with the rest of us.
